How to set up Lead Groups

Lead Groups is function to set up a bulk phone number of your customers.

You can set up Lead Groups by clicking the Lead Groups menu on your left screen and a drop down filter be show as above. Click the "Create Lead Group" to create new Lead Groups.

Fill in the name for your Lead Group and click the "Create" button to create a new Lead Group.

a list of phone number will be shown in this Lead Group. To create a new Contact in this Lead Group, click the "Create new Contact" button.

fill in the phone number for the Contact and click "Create" button.

Remember to add country code before the number such as 60 for Malaysia, 62 for Indonesia, 86 for China and such.

Your Contact is now added into the Lead Group.

To add bulk of phone number into your Lead Group, you can click the "Import Contact from Excel" button.

Follow the format in Excel as you can view at "Download Excel Sample Format" button.

To export the Lead Group contacts number, simply click the "Export Contacts" button and it will export the list of phone number into Excel.

If you want to edit a contact, click the "Edit" button next to the phone number and it will redirect you to "Add Contact in Lead Group" form.

after done changing the phone number, click the "Update" button.

To delete a contact number, click the "Delete" button next to the phone number and make a confirmation.

To delete a Lead Group, click the "Delete this Lead" button and make confirmation before deleting.

#All your Contacts in this Lead Group will be deleted, remember to make the right decision before deleting!
