How To Use Messages In Adasms
Step by step how to use Messages in Adasms

You can find the Message menu on left screen of Dashboard in Adasms.

Click the Messages menu and a dropdown filter will appear within the Messages menu.
In this menu, you can use function such as:
- Send Message
- Schedule Messages
- Message Reports
- Message Rates
- Message Templates
Send Message

In Send Messages, you can set up a message to be send either to individual number or Lead Groups. How to set up Lead Groups can be found here.
For sending to individual number, simply choose the "Send to individual number" and fill in the phone number.
You can either choose to Use custom message or Message Templates that can be set in Message Templates menu.
For using custom message, choose the "Use custom message" and fill in the Custom message box.
You can set up for the date or time the message want to be send. If you want to send the message immediately, you can ignore this.
By clicking the "Calender" icon, you can choose the date and time the message want to be send.
Tick "Remove duplicates" to remove any duplicates number when you send by using Lead Groups.
Tick "Ignore invalid" to ignore invalid number within Lead Groups.
Click the "Preview before sending" to proceed.

The details will be appeared in this preview.
the number of recipients, message details, Price per SMS, Length of message, and time of message to be send will be shown.
To change any of those above, click the button "Back to Send Message" and you will redirected to Send Message menu.
Click the button "Confirm send for XX Credits" to send the message.
Scheduled Messages

In Scheduled Messages menu, you can view the details and status messages that been schedule to be send.
It show the date and time of the message to be send, content of the message, status of the messages, number of recipients, sent, successful, failed status, and credit spent for each scheduled message.
To export the Scheduled Messages table to Excel, you can click the "Export to Excel" button.
Message Report

In Message Reports menu, you can generate a report within the time stamp.
Select the "Start Date" date and time and "End Date" date and time. Click "Generate" button.
A report for all messages that has been made within the selected date and time will be shown in report format.
You can search the specific details or status by using the "Search" function. simply type in the search box and the report will be filtered.
You can export the report to Excel by clicking the "Export to Excel" button.
Delivery code and their description as below:

004 | Equipment not equipped with short-message capability |

006 | Illegal subscriber. The mobile station failed authentication |
007 | Teleservice not provisioned. Mobile subscription identified by the MSISDN number does include the short message service |
008 | Illegal equipment. IMEI check failed, i.e. the IMEI is either blacklisted or not whitelisted |
009 | Call barred. Operator barred the MSISDN number |
010 | Facility not supported. VLR in the PLMN does not support MT short message service |
011 | Subscriber busy for MT short message |
012 | System failure. Task cannot be completed because of a problem in another entity |
013 | Data missing. Necessary parameter is not present in the primitive |
014 | Unexpected data value. Necessary data is badly formatted in the primitive |

These status code only applies for Priority Mode SMS.

Message Rates

in Message Rates menu, you can view the price per message credits deducted based on country code.
Message Templates

In Message Templates menu, you can create a custom message template to be send.
the table show list of templates that has been made.
To create new Message Template, click the "Create new Template" button.

Fill in the details such as Template Name and Template Message Content.
Template Name - Name of your Template Message.
Template Message Content - The content of your Message Template.
Click "Create" button and your Message Template will be created as below:

You can update or change the details of your created template after you created it.
After done changing or updating the Template Message details, click the "Update" button.
If you do not want to change or update the templates, you can click the "Back to Templates" button.
If you want to delete the Message Template, click the "Delete this Template" button.

Your Message Templates is now set and ready to use!
